All return requests must be reviewed and confirmed by our support team before sending the product back.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted only before the product is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after product inspection and approval.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect.
