2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted only before the product is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
3. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after product inspection and approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect.
